I am new to the area and just purchased a home that was in need of new paint. I contacted several home painting companies. Mr. Tim Obrien of “Heartland Painters” promptly returned my initial call to his business. After reviewing several quotes for the same project, I decided to proceed with “Heartland Painters”. I was impressed by Mr. Obriens prompt, professional demeanor. He was flexible with my schedule and was able to meet me on sight to go over the planned project before the first dip of paint. Everything was explained to my satisfaction and more. If I had questions after the fact, I merely contacted Tim and he provided me with as much or as little information as I desired. The project was scheduled for the power washing, caulking, repairs, trimmed out, then entirely painted. Each phase of the project was completed on time (as scheduled) with no concern on my part. The quote was fair, reasonable and complete. There were no unexpected or ‘hidden’ costs. I appreciated Tim’s honesty and trusted his ability to provide me with a fine freshly painted house. I wasn’t let down. He and “Heartland Painters” delivered. My experience is so positive, I am well-pleased to recommend “Heartland Painters” to anyone who asks.
Heartland Painters were very thorough, clean, and did excellent work. I have used them for exterior painting, as well as interior wall paper removal and painting. They were fast and I totally trusted having them in my home. I loved the way both projects turned out!
