The housing market is facing the toughest economic times since the Great Depression.

The community is designed to appeal to young professionals willing to pay for luxury and service. The average income of the residents is $104,000, and half are 29 and below.
A number of Green measures were taken in design and construction of the community. Water saving faucets, shower-heads and toilets are use throughout, along with energy efficient lighting and a white TPO roof. Appliances are all Energy-Star rated in the chef caliber kitchens. The site is located near public transportation routes and secure bicycle racks are featured. There is a salt-water (non-chlorinated) swimming pool and recycling is available on site. Low VOC paints and sealants have been used through out the project.
