Heartland Painters was recently mentioned in the prestigious on-line magazine Construction Leaders Today, “The Magazine for Captains of Industry.”
Heartland Painters has been chosen by Keystone Construction as the painters for their $60-million Sofia Square project. Keystone Construction is “one of the largest developers working in Indianapolis today.” The firm has been growing steadily over the last several years, even during the recent economic downturn. This growth has been built on a diverse portfolio of projects, including the 208,000 square-foot, mixed-use, 333 Mass Ave Condominiums project in downtown Indianapolis.
The Sofia Square Project downtown Carmel IN, a 260,000 square-foot building, includes 202 luxury apartments as well as 46,000 square-feet of retail space. Detour American Grill and Taste of Sensu restaurants have recently opened, and Huddle’s frozen Yogurt, Adara Day Spa, Cafe San Tropez, and Anytime Fitness will open upon completion of interior construction.
Keystone Construction CEO, Ersal Ozdemir, named the building after his youngest daughter.
